Your Order
INOVA serves a large customer base across the United States and is pleased to supply our products nationwide. All orders are shipped directly from our factory in Dallas, Texas. We will inform you via email or phone if there are any delays.
Please note that the purchase price of your INOVA product(s) does not include delivery costs. You must provide your delivery details so we can quote the appropriate shipping charges. INOVA will arrange the shipping on your behalf; all freight costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping charges are based on weight, size, and distance and will be calculated at checkout.

We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can accept the package during business hours, such as at your workplace. Please provide a physical address, as we use couriers who cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please get in touch with us before placing your order to confirm whether this option is available.

You are responsible for paying delivery charges, including any additional fees due to access issues. It is essential to provide the correct delivery address at the time of order.
Deliveries will only be made if someone aged 18 or older is present at the delivery address to accept the package. Air purifiers and large filter orders require a signature upon delivery and cannot be left unattended.
Our couriers operate Monday through Friday during regular business hours and do not deliver on weekends. You are also responsible for ensuring adequate delivery access to the site.
Once your order has left our warehouse, INOVA is not liable for delivery delays, lost items, or damaged goods.
Delivery
You are responsible for payment of delivery charges, including any additional charges incurred as a result of difficulties with access. You must ensure correct delivery address details have been provided to us at the time of order.
Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address.
