The Inova Purifiers ‘Breathing easier thanks to Inova Purifiers’ air purifier giveaway is subject to these terms & conditions


1.  The competition is open to residents of America, over the age of 18. Employees, contractors, agents, consultants to Inova Purifiers, Inc. (Inova Purifiers) and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter this competition. 

2. There is no entry fee for this competition.
3. Any individual who, during the competition period (1 - 30 November 2019), posts a photo or video to Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #SeriouslyCleanAir or #InovaPurifiers with their air purifier and a caption sharing their experience with Inova Purifiers, including the problems they were experiencing before they purchased their air purifier, and how it has made their life better, will have the chance to win the E20 Plus air purifier.
   
   4. The criteria for a successful entry by the entrant are as follows:

• The photo includes the entrant and the Inova Purifiers purifier
• The photo is uploaded publicly to Instagram or Facebook
• The post contains the hashtags #InovaPurifiers and #SeriouslyCleanAir
• Inova Purifiers is tagged in the post
• The entrant has liked or followed the Inova Purifiers Facebook or Instagram page

5. There will be one competition winner who will win an E20 Plus air purifier valued at $1595 AUD.
6. The competition commences at 12:01am on 1 November  2019 And ends at 11:59pm on 30 November
   Inova Purifiers may extend the competition period at its discretion. 
7. At the completion of the competition period, Inova Purifiers will select a winner to receive the prize. This decision is final.
8. This is a game of chance, however Inova Purifiers reserves the right to disqualify and re-select a randomized winner if the initial winner’s submission contains objectionable content.
   9. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and must not infringe on any third party rights, including intellectual property rights.
   10. The judging of the entries will take place on Tuesday 3 December 2019 and the winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram on Friday 6 December 2019
   11. The winner will be individually contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, with no claim or recourse against Inova Purifiers. Inova Purifiers may select another winner at its discretion. 
9. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. 
10. All entries submitted become the property of Inova Purifiers and competition entrants agree to Inova Purifiers using his/her entry for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, website and newsletters. Inova Purifiers will share entrants first names only, no surnames or any other personal details other than those included in the competition entry. 
11. Inova Purifiers reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions.
    By entering this competition, you give Inova Purifiers permission to share your image/video and story on our social media channels and website and email communications.
